I bought is product through flipkart..The HD webcam is working sometimes and sometimes not...otherwise touch screen and start up time all are in good...

Worth of money

Touch screen with i5 processor at this cost is a nice deal. Also, DDR3 4 GB RAM and 500GB HDD. Only lows is small 4 cell battery. But for home use it is more than enough.

I get a new Laptop from local retailer on 10-4-14, I was excited to get a touch one, but after opening box Lenovo Logo on upper panner popped out, I complained it to my retailer n=but he said it may happen due to less adhesive, but after using it a day I found that screen was not fitted well in panel so I returned it immedietly and demanded a new one but till date he is just promising to get me a new fresh one , and I am waiting.

the keyboard is not good. The keys are not working properly. when I raised the product Return Request with Flipkart, they didnt respond for 5 days. When I called the customer care , they said they will be responding by evening but I didnt get a call till next day also.
When I was in conversation with customer care, simply they rejected my Return Request without informing me.
Very bad response from Flipkart
