Very good product as shown here.......
It is very good product in the 28000-30000 price range. very good processor speed. a good hard-disk space.
4GB RAM is very good to run havy softwares.
but mind, it does not have bluetooth.

First I was hesitant in buying online something costly like laptop ,which one have to use for substantial time . As after sale servicing and warranty were major factor tickling in mind. its a good product with
=>1tb - usable only 850 GB internal memory.
=>4 gb ram in single slot so u can update to 8 GB later on
=>Windows 8
=>Good Battery life (ofcourse i have to change the battery in initial 3rd month sinc eit is not charging)
=>doesnt get heated up much.(i have seen other laptops after an usage of one year u can actually toast ur bread below them)
=>some keys on keyboard stopped working (got it replaced since i have warranty).
=>U can use this product for home use with ou...

I ALWAYS HAD PROBLEM WITH THIS ITEM
I spent nearly 30000 for purchasing this item,but i think i have not received the benefit for spending that much amount.Within 1 year of purchasing it, it's keyboard damaged.After that, it is not getting on.I always have experienced some kind of problem in this laptop.I am very much dissatisfied.

my 6 months experience with G580 @update. It is still my work horse!
I had bought this laptop in this April. the keys started coming off in third month. I started using onscreen keyboard. But later keys c,x,z stopped working. I gave a complaint in August end and by today, i,e Oct 29th they came and replaced the keyboard.
With the technician, there were many keyboards and I was told that it is a common problem with lenovo low end laptops (though I paid 30k, it is still "low end").
Also, when I checked, my warranty was ending in Jan, which is only around 9 mont...

Hyper Technology (Virtual Machine) not supported ********
After i saw the Flipkart reviews, i purchase this model.
This model does not support for VM.
Any one can suggest, how can i upgrade to higher generation (3 or 4) to support for "Hyper Technology (Virtual Machine)"

Good one
its a good product for them , who want to use rough and tough. I am using is from oct 2012 and do not have any complaint, some time it get hanged because of multi application but get normal with in seconds.
