I bought this laptop two months back. The battery backup is great. It is coming for almost four to five hours when used for basic browsing and documentation work. The display is not that great, which is the only con. No heating issues yet. The processor speed is excellent and it allows me to toggle between multiple applications. Keypads are very delicate and the processor seems dragging

Performance is not as expected and quality also very poor. Dvd drive is not fitted properly for this model and battery locks also not good.

This laptop with Windows 10 has really nice configuration, however I see performance a serious issue yet.

- Most of the RAM (of 4 GB) is used by OS itself and left very less for other apps
That makes task switching difficult
Also, important keys size on keyboard is reduced (e.g. Shift) makes usage awkward when try to type faster

I faced the problem of frequent power switch off without any indication even while the system was on charging.
I asked for return and flipkart promptly responded after hearing my complaint. I was impressed by flipkart service, got my refund within hrs of returning the product thus reinforcing my confidence of shopping on flipkart.

Wouldn't recommend buying from this seller but flipkart service was good.
