1. MS Office is not activated, you need to buy
2. Battery drains after 2 hours of use
overall it's a good laptop. I will rate it 3.5*...

Perfect product!
I got this laptop yesterday and installed windows 10, everything seems perfect, loved the performance. 8gb processor makes it a beast in these segment of 30k. I have been using lenovo from past 9 years. Lenovo is the best.
