Updated after 2 year :
Body and material used is very cheap. very poor design ,I got problem while opening and closing.It got very hard and my bazel and screen frame got broken.
other brands like hp dell give you metal frame in bazel and very feels smooth but lenovo ideapad has very poor dispaly frame. very slim display will be curved after long time of open-close movement.
so conclusion is in terms of performance it is best to buy but as very delicate laptop you should use enough protectio...

Mid-range budget laptop.
Hardware review
1) 8 GB RAM which is good for most of the multitasking jobs.
2) 1 TB Hard drive which is also more than enough for most of the common users.
3) I5 7th gen processor which is good for normal web browsing, photoshop and for some other developer work.
4) Battery lasts for around 5 to 7 hours on normal uses. If used at highest settings it will drain faster indirectly you will get the lesser battery backup.
5) There is the normal keyboard with the common...

Very good laptop looking wise osm having good build quality.if u looking for gaming then it is good choice.

rating after 4 months of use... well overall performance of this laptop is excellent in this range but coming to it's external structure i.e. it's body part is not so good as other laptops have like hp dell etc. and sound is also not up to mark and ya battery backup is also not good maximum it will give 3 to 3.5 hours backup .... otherwise till now there is no complain about it's working performance..

1. If your buying a dos version u'll have prob i.e,u should be having drivers to install and ofcourse an os. I would recommend windows version.
2.booting speed is v quick
3. Can do great gaming
4. build quality could be better... But at this price is a loot deal!!
5. Keyboard is good
6. Frankly.. It's a HD screen not FHD.. and viewing angles aren't good
7. And guys it has geforce 940mx ddr5 graphic card !!(with Intel graphics inbuilt ofcourse.)

Writing this review after a month of usage.Firstly its a killer deal at this price. Same config laptop would easily cost around 55k in market.
I got this at 36k on big billion sale.
Everything is good about this except:
1. Excessive heating while gaming
2. Low Battery Backup
3. Sound is crisp but not amplified
4. No backlit keyboard.

Everything else is just perfect, great work from lenovo to launch such great specs at this price.
Especially the GPU's 2gb of Nvidia 940mx plus 4gb Intel HD gr...

Wanted to give something over 4 but don't have that option.
First of all, the price point at which I got this laptop (37k), it's a deal breaker kind of laptop.
You will get everything what is mentioned there on description but you must install all the drivers from lenovo website related to this product, because I have seen people writing about 2hr battery life and very low sound etc. and all that could be because of improper drivers on their device.
