Powerful device if you buy and install an SSD to this laptop (and it's worth it). You have to install Windows 10, Microsoft Office and all the essential drives from the lenovo website. People complain about this laptop mostly because they don't know what to do after they get it. Just installing windows and office is not sufficient. For the display and mouse pad n other features to work properly, you need to install all the drivers from the lenovo website and update.
