thinkpad brand + 8 military specification testing => legendary durability and reliability

I had ordered this laptop from flipkart. I got a machine with some issues :
1) hardisk making sound - grinding sound almost all the time - not audible when you are like 5 ft away but audible when you are working closer to laptop
2) DVD Drive misaligned - some part of it was poking out.
