About The Authors
Cem Kaner is an author and professor.
Kaner has written Testing Computer Software and Bad Software: What To Do When Software Fails.
Kaner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Mathematics and also has a Ph.D from Mcmaster University. He currently serves at the Florida Institute of Technology as a Professor of Software Engineering. He also serves as a consultant for management, and technical difficulties, practicing law in the software development community.
James Bach is an author and consultant.
Bach is the founder of Satisfice Inc., which is a quality assurance and software testing firm, where he is also the Principal Consultant. He has a great deal of experience in software development, as he has worked for Silicon Valley firms such as Borland and Apple. Bach has also held the position of the Chief Scientist of Software Testing Labs.
Bret Pettichord is a speaker, consultant and author.
Pettichord founded the Austin Workshop on Test Automation. He also serves as an independent consultant, and as the editor of www.testinghotlist.com, which is a famous Software Testing Hotlist.
