The buckle came off 5 minutes after buckling up. I think the connecting pin was broken inside. Just now I noticed another comment more or less to the same effect. I have bought many items from Flipkart but never had a problem like this. I am not sure I can even claim a refund as I do not have the tag, original box, etc.

Very Bad product from Levi's, quality of leather is very poor and buckle develop some snag after only 2-3 days.

I used it only once. Then the buckle started coming out whenever i use. I requested for refund but since i dont have the box anymore. I wont be able to return.. this is unfair..
