My old laptop with HDD turned into a Blazing fast Super hero after installation of this speed.

Lexar is a global premium brand ,this seems to be a steal deal at such a low price .

I was looking for 120/128 gb sata SSD ,however only low quality local Indian suppliers were available in this segment.LEXAR 120 GB availability and that too at such price is blessing in disguise.

Tested this new SSD from lexar. Heating up immediately. Checked the temperature immediately after connecting to the system.

48 degrees temperature initially is too high compared with other SSD like SANDISK and Crucial which have initial temperature of 25 degrees and maximum reached 30 degrees even after 45 mins.

However it is performing ok when tested by copying data. Copying speed was initially 250 mbps and reduced to 150 mbps while copying data of 71 Gigabyte from Lexar to Lexar 120 Gb ...

SSD is good as per price. Has better performance than HDD but can not be as fast as expensive like Samsung, WD, Kingston, etc.

Great product gives around 100-120mbps write speed maybe i have put it in a wrong cord

SSD had avg. Read speed of 380mb/s which is decent for the low price.

Good product

Installed the SSD in my old lenovo laptop G500 model. Instantly, the difference can be seen. OS booting up quickly and all basic apps running smoothly. Gave new life to my old laptop. Going to install another SSD using the Caddy and replace the DVD drive.

Overall : 8/10 (Performance)
Price : Very reasonable

Weightless, Linux os performing very fast , boots and shutdown veryfast.
