    Cheated. PM 2.5 and Anti bacteria filter are missing.
    There is no meaning of super convertible. Its just to fool customer. Cooling is good. Quality looks good. Air flow is just okay. Over all not satisfied.

    Rewriting review after 3 month usage. Energy efficient, cooling good. Silent performance no noise. Air flow very good. Over all very good

    Worth the money

    product is very good. It is less in length than any other 1.5 ton Ac. I was surprised when I first saw this. I thought Flipkart sent me 1 ton AC. But it is 1.5 ton is what installation guy said. It's a new design. No demo has been provided. The installation guy just installed the product took 1450 rs. and left. No demo, no explanation of the features. I am just learning about the function from user Manual. I don't think the installation guy was am LG professional. He was a third party contrac...

    initial couple of months it was all good, now the damn thing doesnt cool even at High cool mode, no proper service may be because bought this online, i bought marq for my other room at 1 ton around 23k, works perfectly, Lg is loosing the charm

    Terrific

    I ordered it on 15th april and got it delivered on 17th april by flipkart officials with perfection.
    Now coming to the installation, I called lg customer care just after my ac got delivered and the lg officials came within one hour. They installed my ac within two hours and I had a great experience with them! I paid 499 only (lg offer for split ac else it would cost 1770) for the installation plus cost of odu stand ,water pipe and power cable which was approx 1000!
