Brilliant
One of the best AC i bought. I need window AC due to rented accommodation. You can't imagine how energy efficient it is. Using it at 27-28 degree consumed only 4.5 units in 10 hours. Also it jas a very cute and beautiful design. Operation sound is very less. Cooling is awesome. Also airflow is best because of horizontal vent. Whole room cool down within 3-5 minutes.

For the AC (JW-Q18WUXA1, 3-Star variant):
PROS:
1.cooling is good not the best. i live on top floor & my floor is exposed to sunlight from all four sides. i use it at 25 or 27 degree, Still this ac cools the house efficiently but if u r someone who uses the ac at 21 or less & want chill like feeling, go for the 5-star variant (may be that gives the chilling effect) bcoz it is not good for that much cooling or purchase it if you live on the floor that is not exposed to sunlight.

Product is no doubt good enough to buy in this range. You can easily reduce electric consumption by using energy saver mode. If you use it in energy saver mode with 24 °C to 25 °C temperature, energy consumption will be approx 0.4 unit per hour.

Cooling is decent but Most premium AC in LG range and still doesn't have following features which are available in normal AC -
1. Air Swing not available. So you have air throw in one direction only.
2. Remote neither have backlight nor have radium button, so you keep on guessing buttons and display in night.
3. Doesn't have any option of fresh air intake, so only room air recirculate

Does the job
Good Buy if you want ot save energy.. used it at 24-26 DegC and its pretty much energy efficient with Great Cooling.. Overall very Good product in 10 days of using.. One Issue with ac us that if you have connected wifi and signal drops it won't connect automatically 😠.. you have complete switch on off ac to reconnect so its wifi function is of no use.. Lg customer care not responding as well

Nice product
The LG Dual inverter window AC is quite cool .. its look is unique, it will warn you when your gas is going low. Its a window AC, so it's simply work like other ones but the one thing you get in this is its look. LG really done a good job. You will get a 10 year compressor warranty and 2 free service for 1 year, and the gas is free for 1 year. If you are looking for the window AC than you are good to go for this one. Its totally worth it. Thank you :)

Best in the market!
Look and design is classy and compact. Cooling is good but not as 1.5 tonnes A/c. But it is sufficient for room size upto 90 sqft.Auto swing is not available it's manual only. At temperature of 24 degree it consumes only 5 units for 8 hours. Made in Thailand but some parts are from China. overall worth buying, no regrets.

Today is second day so I cant give you much details. Design and cooling is good. Cons- When you ON the AC it starts on power saver mode so every time you need to change to Normal mode and it doesnt have auto swing. Flipkart delivery system was smooth but LG installation was pathetic I have burnt my blood for continous 7 days follow up and finaly when they arrive, installation person came and just hang the AC on window. Worth every penny
After using it for 10 days here is my review.
Pros: 1) Compact and modern design. (Air ducts are at the top, I have got it fitted at 6 feet height still works wonders)
2) Exceptional air flow and cooling.
3) Easy to operate and compact remote control.
4) Installation is easy and quick.
5) Easy to clean.
Cons: 1) No automatic swing option.
2) Creates a bit of noise (very bearable) compared to split AC's
Apt delivery within the lockdown period by flipkart.
