Delivery and installation was on time , totally satisfied with the support and the product,for small room upto 120 sqft...best part is the 5 year warranty on PCB and 10year on compressor...no need to install stabilizer additionally.so far it's good

AC is good in this price range but delivery and installation was very pathetic looks like they are from third party agent and demanding extra charge. Overall product is good but copper pipe was missing.
