1 star is for installation person whom the company sent. Seems the person really dosnt care about handling things. He may have installed hundreds of products but that doesnt mean he can just mishandle things. He pulled the straps so careless that we had to warn him to be careful.

The installation is a bit on the pricier side . All the money that i saved buying from flipkart gets used in installation. They charged me somewhere around 4000/- which included a 5mts extra copper wire. Rest installation part is fine but I feel this needs to be taken care of by LG or Flip-kart.

Terrific purchase.. 😍😍. Cooling is so efficient.. And power saving mode is superb... Currently, I'm using this at only 40% power consumption and 22 degree cel..... & my room is chilling like hell... You can imagine cooling at 100% power consumption.. Thank you LG. 😍😘😘❤️
