The ac was good and working fine. The installation guys from Jieves were rude. Except that everything about the product was exceptional.

Product is good. Fast cooling. Compare to other brands this product is costly. Installation process takes more than 10days.

i am revising rating upwards to 4 stars agaisnt my below mentioned rating of 2 stars. It os basednon neat and clean installation done by LG team at short notice. Eventually its a good product. I am mow happy.

I got a good price for the AC. But the installation assistance by flipkart was extremely sub standard. After giving me a date of installation no one turned up and after multiple chasers to flipkart there was no response for 4 days. Finally I had to call up LG customer...

Good product, worth the price. Does its job pretty well given the heat and humidity in Mumbai.
Flipkart did a wonderful job at delivery and installation. However service follow up is a pain - a simple leak is still to be fixed!

Had ordered LG 2 ton Himalayan Cool AC from FlipKart online in May 2015. Received delivery in scheduled time. Had to follow up with service engineer to get AC fitted on next day (Sunday). AC is working fine and gives sufficient cooling to my living room + dining. Fitting inside split unit with all pipes was a cumbersome task as the LG pipes with insulation become bulky to fit between the wall and the AC. But overall happy about this purchase & setup.
