I purchased this machine a month back from flipkart . Delivery and installation was on time , kudos to Flipkart.
This machine is one of the best product available in this price range .

Very less noise.
Water consumption is low.

As always you get the best product in Flipkart, i think in flipkart one of the best seller n WS retails, this the 3 electronic product i have purchased from them, no regrets till now. best of luck & keep it up. This product is great only problem is you cannot use this without a stand withstopper, because when its dries the clothes it vibrates a lot.

After doing a lot of research, I fixed this washing machine.
First I ordered this Washing Machine for a local store, since the price was a little less compared to Flipkart. But they brought a damaged Washing machine. They were not able to deliver the machine carefully within 3 kms.

On the Big Billion day, the price dropped to 21k. So, ordered this machine on Flipkart.
Was very much worried on how will they deliver this huge machine without any damage.

They promised 1 day delivery...

Seller WS retail did not deliver the rat mess and it was really a mess for me to go back and forth with flipkart to get a refund for that part alone- incomplete order. WS retail worst seller.

Product is too small. Only suitable for a single person who washes frequently. Flipkart will not return the item. They will also not refund your installation charges. They will refund it to your wallet, that can only be redeemed if you buy from the specific seller, WSRetail.

Please avoid Flipkart and this product as much as possible.

This is my first negative review for flipkart. The washing machine was delivered to my home & I mentioned I stay on the first floor and the machine needs to be taken up to the first floor. The people who delivered the machine did not put it on the first floor but left it on the ground floor. I have purchased the LG washing machine from flipkart & delivered on Jun 30th.
Still not yet installation & demo done as on Jul 28th.

No flipkart customer care contact number is there to complaint.
Only we need to register through website for complaints.

POOR RESPONSE FOR INSTALLATION & DEMO.
Better don't purchase any electronic items from flipkart.

Flipkart assuring for 30 days free replacement, but in my case already 30 days over without installing the machine.

I have purchased this thru Flip kart, delivery on time 48 hrs and installation within 24 hrs and working very well, thumps up

Flipkart delivered it the very next morning. There were multiple alerts prior to delivery. The delivery staff gave a call before starting. It was really nice to see a truly professional delivery staff.
Installation and demo was carried out on the same day.
Happy with the product.

Flipkart is not a good place to buy home appliances. They are incapable of coordinating with LG to install or give a demo. I dont recommend my friends and family to buy any high valued items from flipkart.
