Works fine with less noice as promised. You can not have your own wash program like many other brands, only pre-determined programs available. It would have been nice, if only spin option be provided.

Awesome delivery by Flipkart again, and the person who came for delivery is a genuine person. They lifted the 70kg wasking machine without any charges. I offered them some money from my side but the delivery person is so passionate towards his work, he refused to take any amount.

Product wise it is a good product and no issues till now.

1) Flipkart delivered the product on the promised date and it was brand. 7th July. I bought the product for good deal, from the show room I can't get this product for 20k.
2) After that I called the Toll free number for installation and demo: The LG customer support people said that they will charge 600 rs for the demo. But in flipkart they claimed that it is free. So I decided to do it myself and installed it.

I got the best deal from flipkart and got it delivered next day on schedule. The machine is brand new make. LG service has installed the product without any hassle.

I am using the product from past 2 months and the performance is really good. Its not too much noisy and vibration is also very less. I strongly recommend this product for family of 4 or less.

Only issue is with the Rat mesh provided by LG with the product. Its a cheap one and changes of rat biting the mesh is possible. Replacement of mesh with a new one is needed especially if the machine is placed outside.

Asusual, Flipkart delivery and service is at its best.
