    Good Product, bad LG representative

    Product is good but the service representative is the bad guy. He is very hurry and more focused on selling Washing Machine Stand, Cover and Aqua Purifier to me than focusing on installation. To me he sold a aqua purifier costing 850/- (in Flipkart) for 1300/- cover costing 350/- for 500/-. My bad, I didn't checked in online before purchasing from him

    Great Machine, fast Delivery but installatn Sucked

    This is my second LG washing Machine and I dont have any issue with the manufacturer or with the delivery.
    Machine is great, no issue with the delivery either.

    Just that the order placed online keeps you hanging for the installation after delivery.

    They forgot the installation, I had to lodge a complaint with Flipkart to get the installation done. Took them 7 days to get a person from LG to come at my place.

    Now if I would have ordered from any retail shop near by they would have done the...
