Does its job exceedingly well, low noise and power consumption. Two reasons for one star less as mentioned below:

1. Product design wise though it is sold as a 2019 model but it is actually 6.5 kg version of 2016 6.2 kg model of LG.

2. As usual Flipkart experiance with delivery was awesome but installation of the product was delayed by 3 days as LG rejected the installation request initially without intimidation. I found no internal colab between flipkart and LG for any issue and customers...

the machine is great. LG in itself is a must have for every household. my mom is loving the simplicity of its functions, also the number of functions that it serves, the customer care and everything else about LG is pretty good. Household goods should always be from LG. it is definitely value for money. I bought it at a great deal. put it in your cart and order whenever you get the best deal. good luck.

Product is very good but never purchase EMI on DEBIT CARD from ICICI Bank. They are frauds worse paid 5k extra due to no communication from ICICI BANK. There is no option to pay your EMI on DEBIT card in ICICI Bank. They completely hide everything from customers and charge double amount than actual...I hate this EMI on DEBIT Card of ICICI Bank. Fraudulent

Lg is always a good company to buy products of. This is my second washing machine from Lg after using my old Lg washing machine for 16 years without any big problems.
So I decided to buy another one from Lg.
This is also a good machine so far and I am hoping to get its services as good as earlier for again 15 years or so.
Lg products are worth the money you pay. So go for it.

Nice washing machine fully automatic top load better wash quality and value for money product.
