Excellent Product, Need to increase pipes length
1* - B'coz inlet and outlet pipes are very short in LG when compared to other brands, which intern need to purchase addition pipes and fittings leads to extra cost and labor charges to plumber.
4* - For Delivery guys who delivered the product properly without any scratches or damage and demo installation on the same day by LG staff.

Value-for-money
Overall good. But 7kg will be applicable for cotton and cotton large options. For all other options we should use 5kg or 3 kg. These things are not mentioned in the product description.

Delightful
We got this product for 21481, after bank discounts and exchange, I used it for 2 times. The performance was good if you use good powder and liquid. Makes little noice, the pipe comes with it is very small. Lookwise it is good. I don't recommend for 29k, you can go for Bosch, because it has less noice and large drum, it also cleans powder tray automatically. Samsung has function like it will automatically decide the function depending upon weight.

Excellent washing machine and the quality of wash is really amazing.. We loved this washing machine.. Made up of very good quality and no sound/very minimal when spin starts and no vibration..
