    Expected a better product

    As such product is good and hence two stars. The washing machine was supposed to be used by elder persons who don't have much knowledge on washing machines. Now the persons who came for installation didn't provide any proper demo. The were rude even after requests.

    I lodged complaint on Flipkart for a re-demo. They accepted to re-demo but so far 10 days past no one came for providing the demo. Every time I call customer care they say "it will done in another 24 hours".

    Q:Will the washing machine be carried over to the second floor by the flipkart delivery executive where it needs to be installed?
    A:They did it for me on 10th floor. I don't think delivering on 2nd floor will be issue.
