    I bought this machine 4 months back through flipkart. Initially it was working fine but after 4 months a rupture came in the rubber gasket of front door from where water started leaking out. We contacted LG customer care, told them the problem and they said a new gasket will be installed worth Rs1500 by a visiting Engineer. we agreed to the price and waited for 2 days and then the Engineer called and said that they have not received the part yet.     Best in the market!

    Good quality product. smart technology, advanced features, and overall good performance. But it takes too long time to wash clothes which are moderately soiled. Silent wash, more less vibration, and consume low current and water. But the washing quality is moderate. overall it can be rated as good.

    Did not meet expectations

    it's vibrating like a vibrating machine. LG has confirmed that there is some problem with the machine after I called the customer care. it's a faulty product and need to be replaced and not repaired as it's new product not in use even for more than 1 month. still awaiting resolution from LG. Horrible Experience!

    Could be way better

    3 months into use : high vibrations have caused the m/c to freely roam within a 1m radius whenever in use. Highly unsafe and unsatisfactory performance. LG personnel is also useless as he checked in on the machine 3 to 4 times till now with no solution what so ever.

    A:It can run wiith any quantity of cloth but will take time as full load or choose some other quick programme or customisable programme
