Like all of you, I was also a bit puzzled when looking to buy this product, but as I went through the reviews, my gut told me to go ahead and buy this.

Anyways, I ordered, got the product delivered very fast in nice packing. I have to say that even though the product is a good one, don't apply much pressure while handling it. BE VERY GENTLE OR ELSE YOU WILL HAVE A DISMANTLED VERSION OF THIS PRODUCT.

I wold recommend buying this product. I am using it for a long time and still works fine. Not sure if it plays Blue ray disks but with all other types it just works good. :)

one of the best i came across. its slim, portable and works almost everywhere. and one of the best things in it is the ease of use, just plug and play. unlike the other Writers this one just needs a single usb slot

I have been using this dvd drive since two weeks.I tried to run the driver cdprovided in the box.My window 8 net book did not accept it, I had to download the driver soft ware from the web.

Overall finishing is good though fragile .Flipcart delivery was very fast within 24 Hrs I got the product with good packing

It is not playing DVD software loaded with compressed folders. Like 3 in 1 Hindi movies. I got to explore the possible solution.

This is an external DVD Drive/Writer very happy to use, pocket friendly to buy and easy to carry. Its very useful for ultrabooks having no built-in DVD Driver and very smooth to run. I am quite happy with the product and with the deal with Flipkart.

Bought this items some months back and I am extremely happy with the performance.

Pros:

Light weight
Decent read/write speed
Extremely portable
Reads even the shabby discs (may be as the item is new)

Cons:

Weak outer plastic cover. You need to be double careful while handling with outer plastic cover

TV support - I am not sure whether we can use the USB mode of this DVD RW with TV directly. My TV has USB support but I am not able to play discs using this device.

This Player works great i am confused as there is so many brands on External DVD writer i simply went to this device.i Never expects this performance this much great its work fine with my laptop and great with my Bravia w600 ,

The best thing is, it has played one of my Favourite DVD which has scratched and never read on my laptop and my DVD player.Small Device and unbelivable performance.

I bought this as an alternative to my non-working DVD Drive on my Dell 1747 laptop.
Here is my review in terms of pro's and con's.

Pros:
1) Light Feel
2) Great Perspective Design
3) Works on Single USB (Low Power required, thus great for Laptop)
4) Read/Write performance is good

Cons:
1) When in Hand feels very Cheap
2) So Feeble, you feel like you will crush it soon
3) External Body is fitted without finishing, so even little weight might damage this gadget
