Folks, I am having a very bad experience buying this product, it turns out to be a fake. There is no warranty card, the battery goes down with hardly any usage, pairing with the mobile has to be repeated quite frequently and what is displayed in the image is not the same product which is shipped. 1. Advantage: Battery backup is good for 2h. Hearing music clarity is wonderful.And comfortable to wear behind neck. Calls alert also super. if call comes it will vibrate and it tells incoming call with number.If call ended again it will say call ended. key functions also fantastic

2. Disadvantage : if somebody called( incoming or outgoing ) they cannot able to hear my voice clearly. Mainly i bought for calls. but its happening.

Made the mistake of buying the newer model Hbs-800.
Took me to realise how great this model was! Great sound great base very durable,
I sweat like a pig at the gym but this model takes it all in its stride.
All in all A must Have!!

Great design and sound but beware of the warranty.

LG India hasn't launched the device in India yet. So, in case of any issue, you would be stuck with no warranty.

My headphones, after few months of usage, would turn off on their own on a slight movement. LG India refused warranty since they haven't launched it here yet.

The product I received seems to be a copy of the LG headset. box seal was already open, seems to be refurbished or used. On top of that the charger & warranty card was missing which make me sure that this is not a original/brand new product...
dont even think about buying this headset....
Best option would be to buy it from LG gallery so that you are sure to get a genuine product.
