When i started reading, it appeared slow..But slowly the story took pace and kept me glued to the book till it was over.
The period of civil war in SA, lifestyle of people in camps etc is described so brilliantly that anyone can get the actual feel and imagine the situations faced by Michel K.
Coetzee shows his excellence in bringing out different shades of "a modern man". It is written so effectively that the readers will be forced to believe it to be true.

Life And Times Of Michael K is a Man Booker Prize winning novel by South African writer J.M. Coetzee. The book was extolled in 1983 when it bagged the title of the prestigious Man Booker Prize. Another Jewel was brought to the book when Coetzee was awarded The Nobel Prize in Literature in 2003.

The quality of the book is really good even though it's paperback. The print is also perfect which makes it easy to read. I really thank the seller for selling it for a really affordable rate. ❤️

Great book... Carefully packaged and everything.

It is a very good piece of literature but I am talking about the product. The book clearly seemed to be a defective copy. Just like the pirated copies one can find on the streets. I have never bought an original book of such horrible quality.

j.m cotezee has brought out the true emotions & vulnerabilities faced by K. it truly strings a chord in the heart.

Coetzee is a must for anyone who loves to read (This and disgrace are my favourites) and WS Retail as usual was excellent. :)
