Very True 'Life is what u make it'

I ordered this book from Flipkart around two months back. But yesterday I opened it finally. And also completed in just one sitting.
I liked the starting and the way author created the suspense. I kept guessing the reason and was proved wrong at the end. Its very well written and is also a lesson for people who try to commit suicide. It tells you how important is your life and its very easy to enjoy it.
All depend on you how you move forward. There will be situations in your life when you ar...

Unimpressive & Uninspiring

I had bought this book after reading many good reviews here. But I was highly disappointed after reading it. Though the summary might sound intriguing and deep, it deals with everything that life is in a very shallow manner. The first half is pure popcorn affair, while the second half is dry and bland. The writing is pretty average and at times quite amateurish. The story of Ankita doesn't inspire you or move you at all. The only good thing about this book is its price. But then, wasn't that ...

Just about okay !

This book is a one-time read. Definitely NOT a book to keep as a collectible. But you can give it a try.
I just gave away my copy after reading. Story-line is good and starts off nicely but after that its all in vain. Not so happy with this purchase, will definitely stay away from this author in future.

too far from reality

well, the story is abt a girl who could get everything in life that a girl of her age could dream of.She is beautiful,intelligent,smart,famous,confident......and the list goes on with all positives. The girl did'nt seem to have any problems initially which is quite improbable in real life. Then all in a sudden she starts feeling low, scared, sucidal for no particular reason.Well, this 'disease' or 'defect' is termed as bipolar disorder. The symptoms are described well . The girl gets admitted in a ...

good read.. with 208 pages.. 1 sitting is enough... it goes in detail the mental and physical pain of the main character..... u tend to like a few characters from the novel too.. what i liked is the fast phased narration it moves at a steady phase through out... at no point u will feel like "ok this is getting boring"....

Fairly sensible writing and sensitive portrayal of the protagonist

"Life is what you make it" has most of the ingredients of a good read. Barring the first few pages, this book is to be read in one go. The writing is appealing and stylish and is garnished with catchy phrases.

This book serves as an inspiration for many of us who have lost hope over the course of our lives. Preeti’s writing instills faith and assures you that it’s never too late.

Another highlight in this book is that it tries to make the readers understand that mentally ill people are no...
