Good quality product
This is very useful for daily use in kitchen in this price segment but not for heavy grindig like dry pulses and rice.I will recommend it only because of their quality of service, motor of the mixer was got damaged after 2 months of use,I lodge a service request and they took it seriously with regular follow up and gave a replacement of moter,now it is working fine.
Thumbs up for their quality of doorstep service.

Absolute rubbish!
We used it twice it worked fine but on third use it did not work.
The rotator plastic which holds the jars with it grooves was such a low quality that is got free in 2 use. Now it is not able to grip the rod and thus it cannot rotate the jars.
