Linchpin  (English, Paperback, Godin Seth)

This is my first book by Seth Godin. I had heard about him in the past and had also gone though his blog a couple of times.

I read the reviews of this book and found it quite interesting, especially at the career stage that I am. So decided to buy it.

Books have always shown me the path whenever I was confused, and like always this one worked.

It is a good book. Gives you a new perspective. Really unsettles you and kicks you out of your comfort zone. You can't make progress unless you get...

Its a good read and the ideas presented are pretty bold and revolutionary. It helps you understand why one should not always try to fit in, follow rules and be loyal. It instead asks to have courage to explore your own ideas in workplace to create real art. My favourite part was the 'resistance' chapter.

Interesting read. The whole book could have been condensed in 100 pages though. However, I do appreciate Seth's 'take it or leave it' style of writing. If you get through this book, that in itself would qualify you as a 'linchpin'.
