Good product for value
Product reached me within 2 days. Flipkart packaging was great. Thank you Flipkart for lightning fast delivery and great packaging. It's surface is very glossy, tends to get lot of fingerprints. Comes bundled with Nero.
Plug and Play. Slider switch to open the lid. A mini-usb to USB cable. The drive has a placeholder to hold the cable at its bottom. I liked that. Requires only one USB port on your computer/laptop unless other external DVD RW drives that would need 2 USB ports to power them.

Excellent DVD Burner. Works great with Burnermax Payload too. The price is high though. But Its OK.
I bought the drive from Croma online on 10th August 2014 and was happy to use it. The drive supports Burnermax Payload too and Works perfectly fine. Search on google this (TUT) NOOBS Guide to Burning X.G.D.3 games for IMGBurn Settings. I am using it since 16 August 2014 and no complaints whatsoever. All X.G.D.3 works fine. Just the prices are high. Will buy again for extra Backup if required. :)

Sweet Features that make you happy!
I have used an Asus slim ext writer at Institute for software installation for the last 3 years.I had to plug in both the USB plugs in to the system that come on the cable provided.
In some systems I had to plug in the back only and Asus drive refused even to eject the tray.
In recent times the tray does not get locked and once locked inside it does not eject out. I have to insert a paper clip in to the drive hole provided to eject the tray.
My problems are solved with liteon drive purchas...

Disappointer - Different product has been delivered
This purchase with Flipkart is a disappointment for me. I have ordered for the drive of Model eTAU108 but when I received the parcel it contained a drive with the Model eBAU108. This is not at all fair. This drive has less buffer size than what I have ordered and more over it is a front open drive where as I have ordered for a top open model.
As usual flipkart's delivery was faster than they have promised. But I am really disappointed to see a different item that what I have order. I am yet ...

Poor service by flipkart
I had ordered the Liteon eTAU108 external DVD drive. I received the order on time but received the wrong Item I received the eBAU108 which has totally different design. Placed a replacement request with Flipkart and they take 4-5 days to do that and then ship me the same product again. How difficult is it for the seller to read the difference between T and B in a model number???

Keeps sending me the wrong model
First off, received the eBAU108 with a B instead of the eTAU108 with the T. Asked for replacement with the correct model - received eBAU108 again. Should have paid more attention to the seller's name - DealDust. Will never buy again from them.
