If the plan is to connect to an android tablet then its a big NO.
The drawing tablet automatically detects the Operating software and the working area for android is that of a mobile phone size only. So, no matter the size of your android tablet(Besides mobile phone), the active area is small and inconvenient.
If its for PC, then go for it. Not the best but definetely not the worst.
