Not for beginners
I have started reading this book few days back, earlier i have read intelligent investor, one up on wall street. This book is having so many technical terms and flows quickly. Being not from accountancy background it is very hard to follow the flow and understand the terms. Somehow i manage to understand with the references on internet.

This a good book on valuation and has many good tips on how to value a stock so that we can pick that stock and maximize our profits. The book has several pointers for quick references and covers all the major issues on the topic. Must read for every investor.

Not good
Actually original book is 226 page but this book 127 page only because this is 2nd copy printing Book, the original 226 page shorten to 127page which means they reduce font size smaller so if anyone doesn't like small font size reading i never recommend

Amazing book
