It took me around 30-40 mins to assemble it. Instructions are not that much clear but one can still make it by going the pictures.
The quality is good. Tools(Rinch) are provided with this to construct the bench properly.

Q:can it be flat? In the description it's mentioned that the no. of positions are 2.
A:There are 4 inclined positions from around 100 degrees to 165 degrees. One flat bed position i.e 180 degrees. And one decline position at around 220 degrees.

A:yes, but the design made at decline is not at all comfortable. without this bench also can do better exercise. I did not felt much worthy.
