Decent product
My AC installed by Jeeves (flipkart authorised), they have not installed properly there slope isse and water accumulated inside the AC. I have requested to reinstaltion but they denied
I have called Lloyd customer care, they sent technician and they are charging 1200 for reinstallation (standard installation charges is 700.00). Lloyd customer care also not supporting to rectify the problem.

ac is very good but dont cheat the consumer as it is mentioned that installation is free but at the time of installation it is charged so a very poor means of cheating the consumer
