Bad quality
Outer Plastic body is too weak to handle heavy clothes. Good for light clothes like T shirts, sarees, cotton clothes. Don't put many clothes at once put 5 to 6 clothes at a time if bought already, if not then consider other models which has a strong body. Rest all is just fine in Lloyd washing machines.
