broken handle
The cooker arrived with a broken handle; the broken pieces were placed inside the cooker, so that it is not possible that it had broking during transport. Also impossible is that no one noticed it while packing it.
Unfortunatedly the return period had passed, since i had bought it as a gift well in advance. I heard it rattle when it arrived, but assumed it was the weight that was placed lose, and it didn't want to open the box and disturb the packaging since it was a gift.
