This is a great piece of hardware by logitech as usual and was totally value for money (got it for 900 bucks. :D).

I 'll write only about the cons as there are some issues that one should know before buying this:

1. The middle click and touch are awesome on windows but the middle click doesn't function properly on linux platforms. (it doesn't copy buffer elements but opens the explorer tab). Really disappointing as it makes me either switch my my mouse when using linux or use the more cl...

It is a good package over all. The increased wight due to two AA batteries, adds to nice experience.
The looks and rubbery feel are good, it looks very sleek as compared to my earlier Logitech M185.
Most appropriate for Window 8.1. Go ahead and get one...... all Windows8/ 8.1 users.

Great device, has been using it for last 6 months and though I have dropped it two or three times,still worked flawlessly.All in all it is a great device for browsing and touch can be customized to your taste.Overall mouse functions normal but will not recommend to person with long or plump hands as i felt the height of the device lacking and no DPI control also.
Will recommend to download Logitech Set-Point software for customization.

I find this mouse very comfortable to use and looks very good too. My friends cannot keep their hands off it :-). The usability is good too. I recommend this product for potential buyers. As usual Fipkart's service was v. prompt and professional. I have become a regular Flipkarteer now!.

A Good Mouse for a Laptop, Would have rated 5 if it did not need the Logitech set point software to work, Works well on Windows 7 and Windows 8, Needs a bit of practice to use the same.

This product is really mediocre without the software package found on the Logitech website, which allows you to customize all the buttons to pre-defined activities. Without it, it performs like any 200 Rupee mouse. The software is big, and requires it to always run in the background, but it really is just as important as the mouse. For close to a 1000/-, I wouldn't recommend it without the software. With it, its a charm, its really smooth, and the customizations means you can assign different...

I bought this primarily for my office use and is delivering good results so far. The battery consumption is certainly much lesser than my earlier Microsoft Mouse.
The touch scroll is smooth and the horizontal scrolling is a nice touch, coming in handy on a lot of office applications.
One star less for some really unnecessary over-packing by Flipkart, took me a good 15 minutes to get to the product. Keep it simple and effective guys!

Its a great mouse....well designed for your hand, fits perfectly in your hands....and is great to use...

The scroll section is just glass, and you just slide your finger on it, it is very responsive and comfortable too!

Overall one of the best mice I ever had....It is better than those all touch mice like the Logitech M600.....
