It's about police offficer Amar (Dhamendra) who is tough in law, and who ever thinks they are above the law he brings them down, eventually one day Amar caught the terriorist the commissioner of police told Dharmendra to release those terrorist, he has enough and decides to sack himself. Later on he is called by Dayal (Raza Murad), Old commisner, he says to Amar that some Shera's terrorist have kidnapped all the passangers from the bus and one of them is his daughter. Amar takes this assignment with the help of Qasim Ali (Shatrgun Sinha) and Karan, (Karan Kapoor). After releasing the prisoners, but Jagnnath Prasad (Kadar Khan) and Shera (Amrish Puri), they kidnap Shatrgun Sinha son, so that they can demand the release of 25 prisoners, have no pain or no remorse.
