Worst experience ever!
Useless product. Doesn't do it's job. The needle shape is not proper. The hook is so small that it is literally useless. Same tool, with my local cobbler, in comparison feels like a luxury product. Handle should be thicker so that more pressure can be applied on leather and needle more durable, sharper and polished to provide a gliding effect instead of friction.
