nice product, but what i felt is that to remove it from face completely, wet a towel and gently rub it off from your face, then u can feel and see a clean and a clear face..
This process worked for me actually..!! Previously, when i used to rub it off with wet cotton balls , it didn't worked, but this "towel-rubbing" process worked..!
Anyways, the product is really nice, and completely removes light make up, doesn't know whether it can remove intense kind of make up!!

Really good product. Removes make up well, but you've got to read the instructions at the back. People who try to remove make up or cleanse their skin with dry cotton will find this product tedious. I have normal-oily skin and this product does wonders for me.
Other brands advertise their products by showing off all the ingredients. Well, this cleansing milk has orange peel extract, wheatgerm oil and much more (I don't remember all the ingredients, for obvious reasons) which Lotus doesn't eve...

A Genuine Product With A Great Effect...

since using 5 yrs and the result is very effective. This is only suits for dry and combination skin. Those have oily skin dnt buy this product. giving feedback by my personal experience.
