Delivered in very good condition. Its a open box type delivery no flipkart packaging. But product is sealed and brand new. Eco mode my ryzen 5600x with nvidia rtx 2060 with 650 watt gigabyte power supply restated during power cut while playing counter strike 2. I change to UPS mode. Now working no restart issue. So in gaming pc use UPS mode only. Its very powerful inverter gives decent back up. I played 2 hour game there after current come in ups mode. Its very decent back up. Hope its showin...

Luminous is here to just sell and nothing else. After sales service is so bad that not even in your dreams you can reach out to them. It is their obligation to call but they won't.
