Worst Experience of this product and its service

I have purchased this fan before 7 month, within 5 it's color start vanishing from edge,
i have informed to company and person visited and saying that it's happen company will not help in this.
it's look very bad after vanishing color, it's only looks copper coating but its not in actual its of plastic type

Even Company not responding to replace even it was in gaurante.
