Torn pages

Got a book with pages torn. I am really tired returning books with torn pages. SO, keeping it. Reg the contents of the book, this is one of the most popular books in its area and I hope to learn a lot from it. So, content wise a good book but quality of packing and shipping is poor - would have rated higher if I had received book with pages intact. The poor rating is due to receiving a book with torn pages.
