I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Rife with interesting and thought provoking stories from the real world, the Authors , very lucidly drive home their point. The framework they have provided is testable and very much applicable in the Real World. I, for one, have already started employing it. This is one of those books that I am going to read again, to get the most out of it.

The authors provide an excellent framework to put forward ones thoughts... and it seems to work in all the situations - as a consultant trying to sell my ideas to my clients and senior management ... and also as a husband trying to convince my wife !
