Reading and writing had become a way of life for me , being in the field of education since the last couple of decades. The pains and joys of life always touched my heart . Each instance pulled at my heart strings. I often wondered and sought ways to release the feelings within my being. My feelings found expression in the form of verse . Poetry became a medium for me to express all that happened around me , the pain , the anguish, the joys and sorrows. Teaching poetry was always my passion . I often lost myself between the verses unaware that one day the direction of my life would be changed. My thoughts kept wandering , floating in and out of the realms of the real and imagined worlds. Unaware that this wanderlust would one day decide the course of my life . Ink embraced paper in an outpour of melancholy and joyous verse. This did not go unnoticed by my colleagues and well wishers . They inspired me to have some of my creations immortalized in the form of a book.
