All four pulley pods fold flat to the wall after use thus saving on space.All four pulleys can swivel through 360 degrees to accommodate a range of workout positions. The pulley pods are wall mounted – special wall anchor bolts are provided.The pulleys are fiber rienforced with double bearings to ensure a smooth and silent operation.
