The authors have done a fantastic job writing this book. They have intricated detailed how to develop a healthy lifestyle. Please don't get carried away by the book cover. It's not about weight-loss, its more about building a healthy lifestyle where weight-loss can be achieved as a by-product (as per the authors). Moeoever, its entirely written in the context of Indian scenarios, so the foods they have suggested are all easily available in our local markets.
