So many anecdotes which I knew separately are nicely interlinked with full story of Mahabharata. Author also gave explanations and background stories at various instances giving better understanding.
It's more than just a story, it is a experience :)

I would strongly recommend this book to those who are looking for a original version covering all stories of great epic at one place.

till now i hv only gone through the first chapter only.i can relate to all those which i hv been listening from my childhood.sometimes it may feel like it's not so reliable but on referring to authentic websites a reader wll be proved to be wrong.but it's not at all meant for children since at times it had been written in a way (in terms of words usage) which would be awkward to explain to them

The Portion of the drupada war where the name of karna was mentioned should have been mentioned as gandhari's son karna rather than the suryaputra karna. THE PRICE TAG IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOK SO PURCHASERS ARE REQUESTED TO GO THRU THE SPECIFICATION COLUMN OF THE BOOK AND THEN ONLY PURCHASE ACCORDING TO THE PRICE OFFERED

I am not yet but the book and I thinking that is this book contains images or not?
