Good toaster

I purchased model SM 100 and I received a different model, I returned that product and in replacement I received a cheaper product model SM 103, tried to call Flipkart so many times but all is vein

The product mentioned is Non-stick Plates, Elegant Design, On / Off Indicator & 750 W Power. It doesn't mention it is having a grill, toast or triangle plain plates. Also the display of image is the outer cover of the machine and not the inside of the machine i.e. plates.
I have bought this product mistaking it is having all the 3 plates and especially the grill option since in most of the products it is mentioned non stick plates. But when received it is just a plain plates and doesn't have ...
