Directed by Hari and starring Surya, Vivek, Santhanam and Mukesh Rishi, Main Hoon Surya Singham - II is a Hindi romantic action-drama film that follows Duraisingam, a brave and strong officer of the law, who has gone undercover after the events that saw him killing Mayil Vaaganam, a notorious drug dealer, in the prequel.
