The book is based on NeuroSky MindWave. The book in short:
1. Buy a NeuroSky MindWave
2. Build a simple robot car using Arduino
3. Use the NeuroSky MindWave Wireless USB Dongle to receive the signals in Arduino I/P pins instead of the PC.

If you have the NeuroSky, you will perhaps not need this book. And if you don't, this book is not useful.
